About

Version française bientôt disponible!

Moutons No More is like a movie production company. One banner, multiple productions, all led by different creative minds. What brings us together? Rationality. Forget the dry, academic stuff: Moutons No More is creative enough to insert “fun” into “reason”.

With Moutons No More, you can learn about science, listen to voices of reason on contentious issues, see the paranormal debunked before your very eyes, and watch grounded takes on the irrationality that surrounds us. And once a month, all of our producers get together in Montreal to throw an amazing and ever-changing stage show that combines comedy, reason… and alcohol!

Read us. Watch us. Listen to us. Come see us.

Moutons No More. Evidence-based entertainment.

Your Production Team:

Jonathan Jarry

Jonathan Jarry is a biological scientist born and bred in Canada who once worked for the U.S. Armed Forces, using the power of DNA technology to identify really old American soldiers. He has also helped to characterize a new form of muscular dystrophy and spent many years in a clinical laboratory, designing assays and managing rapid-turnover diagnostic tests which allow physicians to make informed decisions regarding cancer patient care. He is a rationalist who believes each and every person should be empowered with the necessary knowledge to make rational, informed decisions about their health and the world around them. And he wears waistcoats. The world better get used to it.

IsabelleStephen400Isabelle Stephen grew up in Ste-Clothilde, in rural Quebec, moving to Montreal when she began university. She studied Media Communications at the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQÀM).  She has since worked in film animation, film restoration, and photography. Other than skepticism, her personal interests include horror cinema (as an actor, producer, and director) and alternative modelling (as both photographer and model).

Haitian-born Montréal-based Canadian Guy Renaud is an atheist (and, of course, a Habs fan). Raised as an Evangelical Christian, he questioned the church and religion as a teenager and subsequently rejected Christianity. This progression quickly turned him into a deist, later an agnostic and, today, a full-blown atheist. He has learned that life is a never-ending learning process that should be embraced and that knowledge should be shared. Since the Internet and social media played a big role in his path toward atheism, he uses the same tools in his attempt to reach others and share his experiences.

Former Producer:

Andrew_001FinaleSquareweb

Andrew Cody studied anthropology and Middle Eastern archaeology at Wilfrid Laurier University and would be the president emeritus of the Christopher Hitchens International Fan Club if such an organization existed. He is passionate about freethought, rational thinking, atheism, and scotch whisky.
